Assalaamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullah,
Is it true what has spread in Indonesia that Hizb ut Tahrir and its Ameer refuse to hear criticism, are not open to making corrections and engage in discussions of knowledge, to the point where it is said: "If you want to change Hizb ut Tahrir then it is necessary to become its Ameer first!!"
We want to engage in discussions in a variety of subject areas related to the Hukm Shar'i, Islamic thought, and administrative matters besides others.
Answer:
Wa Alaikumu as-Salaam Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Baarakatuhu,
We welcome any objective discussion based upon what is found in our books in terms of concepts and rules (Ahkam) whilst not discussing that which has been said in allegations in other books. Meaning that we accept for it to be said: ‘So and so was mentioned in this book...' and then afterwards you may say what you like in terms of questioning or criticism in relation to it. We will then respond by the permission of Allah. However we do not accept to waste time by transmitting that which has been falsely fabricated against us by some of those who harbor hatred against Islam. So it could be asked of us for example: ‘as mentioned in this book by so and so that you are so and so...' So it is this type that we do not like to waste our time upon, rather we leave these allegations to Allah Al-Azeez Al-Qahhaar.
Likewise we do not discuss administrative structural matters because the place for this is not this page.
My brother, indeed we do not place a single word in our books except after a thorough study of the evidences and its angle of deduction. For this reason we are ready for their discussion and answer any enquiry that relates to them.

A charter was signed by a crowd of notables in Palestine on the 92nd Hijri Anniversary of the demolition of the Khilafah "Caliphate" State. Hajj Abdul Muti Herbawi, a senior dignitary of Hebron handed the charter to Hizb ut Tahrir in front of thousands at the Khilafah "Caliphate" Conference in Hebron on Saturday, 29 Rajab 1434 corresponding to 8 June 2013. The Charter mentions seven points mentioning it wants the Khilafah "Caliphate" to implement Allah's Sharia. It also mentions that the Islamic Constitution should be based upon Allah's Sharia and only Allah's Sharia.

On Sunday the 7th of July 2013, the Central Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir in coordination with Hizb ut Tahrir Malaysia will host a vital women's seminar in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia entitled, "One Year On - Who will save the Rohingya Muslim women and children?" The event will gather speakers and hundreds of female opinion-makers from across Southeast Asia, including journalists, human rights activists...
Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Bangladesh, sent a five member delegation to the Pakistan High Commission in Bangladesh today in order to submit a letter from Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Pakistan, to the tyrant of Pakistan, General Kayani, at whose behest the Pak agencies abducted Mr Naveed Butt more than a year ago, on 11 May 2012. Initially the officials of the High Commission were unwilling to meet the delegation.
A delegate from Hizb ut Tahrir/ Scandinavia went to the Pakistani Embassy in Copenhagen and handed a letter from the Hizb to condemn acts of brutality and kidnappings practiced by the Pakistani regime towards the Muslims who work towards implementing Allah's Shariah especially toward Engineer Naveed Butt, spokesman for Hizb ut-Tahrir/ Wilayah Pakistan, where his whereabouts are still unknown till today.
