To Prove her Subservience to Crusader America, Hasina Government has been Arresting and Torturing the Advocates of Khilafah Rashidah and is Waging War against the Deen of Islam

In a continuation of the systematic persecution against those who carry the Da'wah of Islam and the Khilafah (Caliphate), on May 14, 2024, thugs of government forces arrested Hedayet Hosen (age 57) - an advocate of the call to reestablish the Khilafah Rashidah (rightly guided Caliphate), and during interrogation in the remand they tortured him to such an extent that they had to admit in hospital. Noted that Hedayet Hosen was the general secretary of 'Projonmo 71'. When he realized that the so-called nationalism and secularism are against the creed of Islam and are tools of colonialism, through which the colonialists are dividing the Muslim Ummah, engaging in mutual enmity and war, and plundering the resources of the Muslim Ummah, he has since become the active advocate of the glorious Khilafah - the symbol of the Shariah rule and unity of the Muslim Ummah. This honest stand of his has exposed the mask of the so-called champions of the liberation war tyrant Hasina government and the God-less secularism. On the authority of Abu Hurairah (ra), he said, the Messenger of Allah (saw) said, "Allah (swt) says, «مَنْ عَادَى لِي وَلِيًّا فَقَدْ آذَنْتُهُ بِالْحَرْبِ»“If a person regards one of My beloved servants as an enemy because of his association with Me, I declare war on him.” (Bukhari, Hadith: 6502). The Hasina regime, an enemy of Allah and His Messenger, has been arresting and torturing the advocates of the glorious Khilafah to stay in power by gaining the trust of crusader America, and is waging war against the great Deen of Islam. Hasina government has set a precedent of destroying the country's economy and people's livelihood, but has managed to win the trust of the western crusaders in its war against Islam and Muslims. As a result, Hasina, the crusader of democracy, pointed herself as the only alternative and said to America, "My question is, if they overthrow me, then who will come next time? Did they fix it? That is my question” [Daily Jugantor, May 03, 2024].

O People! Article 39 of the Constitution of the People's Republic of Bangladesh states, (1) Freedom of thought and conscience is guaranteed. (2) subject to reasonable restrictions imposed by law in the interests of national security, friendly relations with foreign nations, public order, decency and morals, or in contempt of court, libel or incitement to crime - (a) the right of every citizen to freedom of speech and expression, and (b) Freedom of the press was guaranteed. Now you ask, under which constitution Hasina government is arresting and torturing those who carry the claim of Islam?! In fact, this secular system and man-made constitution is a clear lie and illusion, and nothing but a tool to oppress the people! So Allah (swt) says,

[وَمَنْ لَمْ يَحْكُمْ بِمَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ فَأُوْلَئِكَ هُمُ الظَّالِمُونَ]

“And whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed- then it is those who are the wrongdoers [i.e. the unjust]” [Surah Al-Ma'idah: 45].

O People! We, on behalf of Hizb ut Tahrir, call upon you to wake up and throw away the present secular system, following in the footsteps of the sincere advocates of the Khilafah Rashidah. Unite in the intellectual and political struggle with Hizb ut Tahrir to re-establish the Khilafah (Caliphate) to get rid of this current tyrannical regime. Allah (swt) has warned us about being a silent spectator in this matter. He (swt) says,

[وَاتَّقُوا فِتْنَةً لاَ تُصِيبَنَّ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا مِنْكُمْ خَاصَّةً وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ شَدِيدُ الْعِقَابِ]

“And fear a trial which will not strike those who have wronged among you exclusively, and know that Allah is severe in punishment” [Surah Al-Anfal: 25].
