It was reported in your newspaper Al Mijhar Asiyassi, Issue No. 913 on Friday 20 Safar 1436 AH corresponding to 12/12/2014 under the title: "Islamic groups and parties launch a campaign to support Qaradawi" as follows:

"Major Islamic organizations, including the Sufi factions, Islamic Movement, Muslim Brotherhood, Shariah Association of Scholars, preachers, Salafis, Hizb ut Tahrir and the Sudan Scholars Association, launch a major support campaign, starting today Friday, to support Sheikh Yusuf Al-Qaradawi, the General President of the Union of Muslim Scholars, who is wanted by the Interpol after the inclusion of his name in the list of international terrorism."

This report in this context is not true, because Hizb ut Tahrir was not part of the mentioned groups, with our respect and appreciation for all those mentioned, but we were not contacted by any of these parties regarding the subject mentioned in the report. And we believe that it was more appropriate for your newspaper to be more accurate in reporting any news regarding Hizb ut Tahrir, especially since the party's Media Office is in contact with you in all matters related to the Hizb, its publications and its work.
