Capitalism is Exploiting, but the Rulers are Inviting for it

The number of unemployed persons aged 15 years old and over increased by 1 million 259 thousand to 4 million 668 thousand persons in the period of January 2019 in Turkey compared with the same period of the previous year. The unemployment rate occurred as 14.7% with 3.9 percentage point increase.

Unemployment rate of January has increased by 1.2 percentage points compared to the previous month. In the same period, non-agricultural unemployment rate occurred as 16.8% with a 4.1 percentage point increase. While youth unemployment rate including persons aged 15-24 was 26.7% with a 6.8 percentage point increase, the unemployment rate for persons aged 15-64 occurred as 15.0% with a 3.9 percentage point increase. Comment:

The approach of official unemployment rate towards 15%, with the addition of the non-official unemployed persons (they are not registered as unemployed even though they are unemployed) the rate rises over 20%. Yet, especially the up rise of youth unemployment up to 27%, is a preview of a big calamity. It would appear that, as capitalism continues proceeding, the rates of unemployment will reach higher ratios for the next months and years. In a period in which the rates of unemployment have reached its highest rates for the last decade, the living conditions are getting worse day by day. Wrong economic policies, high inflation, the usury banks in order to maintain the economy, high interest payments obtained from countries, the nuisance value of the promotions provided for the barons are charged upon the society. And the society pays this with high taxes, raisings and unemployment.

Rulers, who have been managing the economy with hot money policies, have never sought for the favour of their citizens and they have adopted deceiving policies as a principle with imaginative numbers. The exaggerated numbers, the cakes and ale schedules, the decrease of purchasing power have shown up with raisings and unemployment. The announcement of economy packages one after another have not solved the problems of the citizens. These packages are oriented for the interests of the big capitalists in order to increase their profit, however these policies and packages do not mean anything for the citizens.

Even though the country’s rich resources, the majority of the citizens are condemned to live in poverty and in hunger limit. How is it possible that it is a luxury to obtain vegetables and farm products in a country which is identified with agriculture? I cannot find any explanation for this awkwardness. On one hand, the sons of the Ummah are oppressed by the cruelty of capitalism, by making them work just for their living and on the other hand, they get dismissed from their jobs and put in a more awkward position. This circumstance actually, summarizes the position of the Muslims in the Muslim countries.

The worst calamity that the Ummah has ever faced is undoubtedly capitalism. The surrounding of Capitalism all over the life, the capitalistic rulers, who are causing unemployment, poverty and hunger, by inviting those rulers.

Capitalism, which is incapable to solve the problems of human being, doesn’t fit the human, is inhuman and not-Islamic, yet still it is tried to be implemented among Muslims. This is an insult for the glory and honour of human. As there is a no end in poverty, corruption, robbery and unemployment within the capitalistic system, the energy and opportunity of the citizens are sacrificed for a small minority.

The one and only solution for this issue is to implement Islam in life in its whole. Because there will be no interest, no stock market and no worthless money, and a consistent system will arise which will depend on gold and will be far away from crisis and inflation. In a consistent economic system it will be impossible (If Allah allows) to face unemployment, starvation and high cost of living because it will be an obligatory to make efficiently use of all kind of resources like cultivated area, energy resources, minerals and industry.

Once again, thanks to the magnificent controlling mechanism of the Islamic system and most importantly to the fear of Allah (swt) that will be centred into the system itself, it will abstain from corruption, burglary and wastage as seen in capitalism. Today, the sons of the Ummah, who just work for peanut brutally, will that day work happily under human conditions and also will gain its wages completely. Because the state will be the insurance of those who are unemployed, one will never ever concern about his earning of living.

The only system, that will guarantee a life that is according to the will of Allah (swt), which will protect the honour, glory and the dignity of the human being and will raise up its deserved welfare as it has to be, is Islam.
