Condemnation Is No Substitute for Jihad by the Armed Forces of Pakistan to Liberate Kashmir

The Foreign Office (FO) on Wednesday, 25 March 2026, condemned the awarding of a life imprisonment sentence to prominent Kashmiri leader Asiya Andrabi, as well as the 30-year prison sentences awarded to her associates Fehmeeda Sofi and Nahida Nasreen by a court in Delhi. In a statement posted to social media platform X, the FO said that the verdict constituted a “grave miscarriage of justice” and reflected the “continuing suppression of fundamental rights” in India-occupied Jammu and Kashmir. Comment:

The Muslim daughters in Kashmir are loyal to their Deen, unlike the rulers of Pakistan. The Muslim daughters in Kashmir strive for liberation on a continual basis, while they find no ruler of Muslims to protect them. The rulers of Pakistan have continuously surrendered Kashmir. Any strong military blows against the army of the Hindu State by our brave soldiers and officers, are followed by betrayal by the rulers and military commanders. And by enforcing a ceasefire with India over Kashmir, the rulers prevent the mujahidoon from striking the cowardly troops of the Hindu State.

As for the Foreign Office, it is nothing more than the spokesman of the deep state in Pakistan. Thus, by restricting their call to human rights and justice, the rulers of Pakistan have given the Hindu State legitimacy over Kashmir, whereas the Hindu State has no right over even a handspan of Muslim land. By calling to the United Nations, the rulers are granting the allies of the Hindu State authority over the affairs of the Muslims.

So on the one hand, the rulers of Pakistan have waged war against the Muslims of Afghanistan, and killed hundreds of Muslims, including the elderly, women and children, in a war between Muslims that only benefits the Hindu State. And on the other hand, the military leadership will not fire a single bullet against the Indian army which has killed, raped and tortured the Muslims of Kashmir for nearly eight decades. Thus, they surrender Kashmir and control of the rivers of the Muslims to a Hindu State that competes with the Jewish entity in hostility, conspiracy and brutality.

Whilst the fragile ceasefire with Afghanistan in place, and calls from the ulema to extend it until Eid ul-Adha, it is the right time for the Pakistan Army to lead the armies of Muslims, and their mujahidoon, in a decisive battle to liberate Occupied Kashmir. Indeed, Jihad unifies the believers and exposes the munafiqoon (hypocrites). As for the United States, the myth of its strength has been exposed by Muslim Iran, which is of less strength than nuclear Pakistan.

O Armed Forces of Pakistan! Rid us of hollow speeches, spineless rulers, subservience to the US and humiliation before the Hindu State. Grant your nussrah (military support) for the establishment of the Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly Guided Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood. It alone can open a three-fronted war, in Gaza, Kashmir and Iran, against the evil axis of the United States, the Hindu State and the Jewish entity.

Allah (swt) said,

[قَاتِلُوهُمْ يُعَذِّبْهُمُ اللَّهُ بِأَيْدِيكُمْ وَيُخْزِهِمْ وَيَنْصُرْكُمْ عَلَيْهِمْ وَيَشْفِ صُدُورَ قَوْمٍ مُؤْمِنِينَ]

“So fight them and Allah will punish them at your hands, put them to shame, help you overcome them, and soothe the hearts of the believers” [TMQ Surah At-Tawbah: 14].
