The Khilafah Forced China into Submission
On 26 August 2024, the army chief met the commander of the People's Liberation Army Ground Forces. The Chinese general "expressed admiration for Pakistan's concerted efforts in combating terrorism and extremism" according to the army's media wing. China itself is a terrorist state which is fighting the Deen of the Muslims in occupied East Turkestan. Despite its oppression of Muslims, China wants Pakistan Army to act as a security guard for its regional economic projects. Ibn Kathir narrated in al Bidayah wa Nihayah how in the year 96 AH, Qutaybah bin Muslim led the armed forces of the Khilafah in the conquest of Kashgar in China. Fearful of further advances, the Emperor of China paid huge amounts of money and sent Chinese soil, so that Qutaybah would not violate his oath to set foot on it. The Khilafah Rashidah will end our humiliation.

Justice, Security and Stability Through the Khilafah Rashidah
On 27 August, 2024, the defense minister called upon “the political leaders of Baluchistan to take responsibility and ownership for ending the menace of terrorism.” For nearly eight decades, the rulers have perpetuated division based on region, ethnicity, and language to exploit the people and their resources. Any calls for accountability are met with an iron fist, which only worsens the chaos, and opens the door for exploitation by the enemies of Muslims and Islam. The current rulers seek only to de-escalate tensions to continue their resource exploitation, without challenge. True security and stability can only be achieved through the complete implementation of Islamic Shariah rulings. It is through the just system of Islam that we can restore peace and brotherhood, akin to the unity once exemplified by the Ansar and the Muhajirun, may Allah ﷻ be pleased with them.

End Global Terrorism by Unifying Pakistan and Afghanistan As One Khilafah Rashidah
On 28 August 2024, Ambassador Asif Durrani, Pakistan’s Special Representative on Afghanistan, declared, "It was important for Afghanistan to address the issues relating to cross-border terrorism." It is time to stop repeating the demands of the United States, the global sponsor of terrorism. The US seeks to create conflict between Pakistan and Afghanistan to allow India more space to counter China and Muslims. Only our Deen can provide us unity, brotherhood, security, and prosperity. We must strive to unify Pakistan and Afghanistan as one Khilafah Rashidah, governed by all that Allah ﷻ has revealed. The Muslims of Pakistan, along with their policymakers and ulema, must align their stance with the Deen of Truth. Let the global rejection of the American world order begin in Khurasan and Al Hind.

The Khilafah Rashidah's Role in Energy, Minerals, and Heavy Industry
On August 29, 2024, the Federal Minister for Privatization asserted that privatization is positively impacting the country's economy. Privatization is positively benefiting both foreign and domestic investors in Pakistan's rich energy and mineral resources, as well as its significant heavy industry. However, this process has negative effects on the broader economy. The state treasury suffers from reduced revenues and increased reliance on interest-based loans. The economy becomes more dependent on expensive foreign imports, and suffers higher energy costs. In Islam, energy and mineral resources are considered public property, with their revenues securing the welfare of the Ummah. Furthermore, the state plays a crucial role in heavy industry, including the production of military hardware and civilian vehicles and machinery. Under the Khilafah Rashidah, the state treasury will have sufficient funds to effectively manage the needs of the Islamic Ummah.

The Khilafah Rashidah Will End Indian Regional Mischief by Unifying Pakistan and Bangladesh
On 30 August, 2024, the Prime Minister discussed with Professor Muhammad Yunus, Chief Adviser of Bangladesh, the historical, religious, and cultural ties between Pakistan and Bangladesh. According to Shariah law, the current nationalist states' relationship must be much more than just brotherly. Shariah necessitates their unification into a single Khilafah Rashidah state, with one Khaleefah, one army and one state treasury. Historically, the Khilafah Rashidah encompassed major strategic regions including Africa, Mesopotamia, and the Indus Valley, leveraging the strengths of various Wilayah provinces to offset any weaknesses. With Indian hostile actions such as sudden dam releases causing floods and fomenting threats to regional security, the Khilafah Rashidah will put an end to such mischief and restore Islamic governance across the whole of the Indian Subcontinent.

The Shariah Ruling for Occupied Kashmir is Mobilization of Armies and Mujahideen Until Its Liberation
On 1 September 2024, on the third death anniversary of Syed Ali Shah Geelani who strove for the liberation of Kashmir, the President said, “We pay tribute to his heroic struggle.” According to Shariah law, Occupied Kashmir is considered Islamic kharaji land. No portion of it can be surrendered to the occupying force, even by the local Muslim population. The Shariah obligation is to liberate this occupied land. This obligation falls first on the soldiers and mujahideen closest to the area of occupation. If they fail in this obligation, the obligation then extends to those next in proximity, continuing in this manner, until all Muslim soldiers and mujahideen fight for the liberation. The current rulers will never mobilize military force for us. We must establish the Khilafah Rashidah which will.

Establish the Khilafah Rashidah Which Will Mobilize the Ummah and Its Armies to Liberate Occupied Kashmir and Palestine
On 1 September 2024, the Foreign Office Spokesperson categorically rejected India’s claims on Jammu and Kashmir, terming them “misleading” and “dangerously delusional”. However, the current rulers of Muslims limit their response to mere verbal protests against our enemies. These rulers act as barriers to the liberation of our occupied lands, serving as gatekeepers for our adversaries by restraining our armies. They engage in negotiations that lead to the surrender of our lands and facilitate the occupation by making concessions to the occupiers. The Khilafah Rashidah will mobilize our armies to fully embrace Jihad, striving for the liberation of Occupied Kashmir, even if it requires the collective effort of all the armies of the Islamic Ummah.
