On Sunday, 02/03/2015, security forces which conduct a routine patrol in the city of Izmir detained Brother Ayhan Aladağ, a member of Hizb ut Tahrir who carries the Dawah to re-establish the Islamic State once again, and requested the car license and his driving certificate from him.

On 4th March 2015 an article was published in one of the leading Urdu newspapers of Pakistan with the title "Khilafah "Caliphate"". This same article was published in an English newspaper on 11th March of the same media group. The writer of this article claimed that, "It is an undeniable fact that for the past many centuries, the word ‘Khilafah "Caliphate"' is being used... But it cannot be regarded as a religious term... As far as the view that according to Islam there should be only one global government in the world is concerned, it is evident to every person of learning that the Quran is absolutely devoid of any such directive...establishment of United States of Islam based on the union of countries in which Muslims are in majority can be the desire of every person and we can also strive to fulfill this desire, but there is no basis that such a union is a directive of the Islamic Shariah, defying which Muslims would be committing a sin."
Comment:
The appearance of an article on the matter of the Khilafah "Caliphate" in one of the leading newspapers, a secular-oriented one at that, is something out of blue. But the most astonishing fact is how more than a dozen columnists and religious scholars came forward to rebut this article and its rejection of the Khilafah "Caliphate" as an institution and an Islamic terminology which has not only overwhelmed the parent newspaper which published it originally but other newspapers also published some refutations. So far these rebuttals have not stopped coming. So much so one columnist who is secular and writes in the same newspaper which published this article criticized the author and said that he has started a totally wrong discussion and people of Pakistan won't accept his narrative. So far not a single columnist or a religious scholar has written in favour of rejecting the idea of Khilafah "Caliphate".
A few years back we would question amongst ourselves about when the time will come when Khilafah "Caliphate" will be talk of the town in Pakistan. Know it feels that it is truly on the horizon. One most encouraging aspect of the rebuttals is that Hizb ut Tahrir did not initiate any effort to dislodge this modernist approach rather columnists and religious scholars themselves came forward and started refuting this modernist approach towards Islam. They not only rejected the author's views in political terms but rather gave Islamic evidences that establishment of an Islamic state is not a mere desire of Muslims rather it is an obligation on them from Allah swt. These intellectuals even hit him hard that he is presenting secular thoughts under the cover of Islam.
It seems that the Raheel-Nawaz regime has initiated this debate in the society after Peshawar School attack with the aim of cleansing it of Islamic thoughts especially regarding the enforcement of Sharia and unity of Ummah through the establishment of Khilafah "Caliphate". It has done this under the banner of Nation Action Plan. That is why regime mouthpieces often say that it is a long war and it may take fifteen to twenty years. The resilience shown by the intellectuals in the society on the topic of Khilafah "Caliphate" may have forced the traitors in the political and military leadership to change their assessments that it may take even longer to fulfill the dream and desire of their masters sitting in Washington. But the matter of fact is that Allah swt has promised that He will complete His light. All efforts to block His light are in vain and bound to fail.
((إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ يُنفِقُونَ أَمْوَالَهُمْ لِيَصُدُّواْ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ فَسَيُنفِقُونَهَا ثُمَّ تَكُونُ عَلَيْهِمْ حَسْرَةً ثُمَّ يُغْلَبُونَ))
"Verily, those who disbelieve spend their wealth to hinder (men) from the Path of Allah, and so will they continue to spend it; but in the end it will become an anguish for them. Then they will be overcome" [Al-Anfal: 36].

According to media reports, the Swiss authorities have recently blocked a shipment of surveillance equipment purchased by RAB (Rapid Action Battalion), a government force. The equipment, known as "International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI) Catcher" is a strong surveillance equipment which is used for recording phone calls and collecting personal data through intervening the mobile network. It was purchased to extend the surveillance on people who pose a threat to the government. The officials involved in the procurement of this equipment have informed the government about the clogging and asked her help to get the equipment ASAP.
Comment:
With the reporting of this news and a recent incident of Viber-scandal of a self-declared retired politician, the matter of spying on the Muslims by shameless Hasina government once again came to the spotlight. From the moment she came to power in 2008, she and her government have done many evil deeds against the Ummah which includes the killing of 57 army officers in BDR headquarters, surrendering the natural resources to her imperialist masters, killings of thousands of ordinary Muslims, allowing the Kuffar to roam around the country to help her suppress the Muslims and so on. And now, she and her colleague Khaleda made this country a death-zone. Hasina is killing and persecuting the Ummah by using her collaborators in the security forces and Khaleda is killing the Ummah in the name of protest and blockade. Ultimately the people have no trust in this system and its rulers and Hasina has a clear knowledge of this fact. She knows it very well that the only way she can survive and stay in power is by way of oppression and tyranny. For this very reason, she devised an ugly plan to violate the privacy of the Ummah by using this kind of surveillance equipment to locate and detain the sincere persons who are raising their voices against her crimes against the Ummah. In doing so, the purchase of "IMSI Catcher" is one of her numerous attempts. Among the other tools she is using to spy on the Muslims are different softwares and contractors. She is spending millions of dollars in doing this crime.
Hasina should know that Allah (swt) has made it haram to violate the privacy of any Muslim and like other harams she does as a ruler, it will only increase her agony and it will not prevent the downfall of her regime and the system, let alone the punishment of Allah (swt) in the Hereafter. Millions of people are not getting proper food and sleeping in the open sky and she is spending money to secure her throne. The price of the ordinary commodity is getting out of reach of the mass people and instead of solving this issue she is plotting against them. The industrial sector is fading away in the political turmoil and she is busy to please her masters. The noble Ummah of this country will not tolerate this anymore. The voice for Khilafah "Caliphate" is becoming louder and louder day by day. With the help of Allah (swt) this Ummah will soon bring her to book and drag her alive through the stinky filth of the streets. The day is not so far when the believers will rejoice and the Kuffar and agents like her will suffer the consequences of their deeds. Allah (swt) says,
((فَإِذَا جَاء أَمْرُ اللَّهِ قُضِيَ بِالْحَقِّ وَخَسِرَ هُنَالِكَ الْمُبْطِلُونَ))
"So when the command of Allah comes, it will be concluded in truth, and the falsifiers will thereupon lose." [Ghafir-78]
The carriers of Dawah and other believers should not be despaired or frightened by seeing these attempts of the Kuffar and their agents. They should keep faith in the promise of Allah (swt) and His Prophet (saw) and remain steadfast in the correct methodology of the Prophet (saw). They should work hard to awaken the Iman of the common people and the people of power. With help from the people of power and strong support from the Ummah the Khilafah "Caliphate" will rise soon to annihilate all injustice from this world. Allah (swt) says in the Glorious Quran:
((وَقُلْ جَاء الْحَقُّ وَزَهَقَ الْبَاطِلُ إِنَّ الْبَاطِلَ كَانَ زَهُوقًا))
"And say: Truth has (now) arrived, and falsehood perished: for falsehood is (by its nature) bound to perish." [Al-Isra: 81]

In Tatarstan, the 14th of March 2015 CE was declared as a day of sadness for the death of many due to a fire at the Admiral Shopping Center, where fire claimed the lives of dozens of people. It saddens us, especially that among the victims identified was Ewolduchov Biggsodbek (Asadullah), who was known and loved by many Muslims in the city of Kazan. Brother Asadullah was working at this center, according to eyewitnesses he died while rushing to save the people asking for help.
