The Revolutionary Honour's Charter: Signatories must know that it is a Trap by the West to Divert the Revolution from its Islamic Character... It must be Aborted through Awareness of Its Danger and Not by Being Drawn into any Internal Fighting as Planned

On 17/5/2014, a coalition of five Islamic factions announced what they called the Revolutionary Honour Charter. They mentioned in it "checks and determinants of revolutionary work" to adhere to. Their rules were unexpected, they emphasized the national character of the revolution clinging to Sykes-Picot borders by saying that its revolutionary forces "rely on its military action on the Syrian element, and believes that the political and military decision in the Revolution be purely Syrian" and called for "military action to be limited inside the Syrian territory". And far from any mention of the Islamic character of revolution and its Islamic objectives. They stated that "the Syrian revolution is the revolution of morals and values aim to achieve freedom, justice and security for Syrian society with all its social diversity of sects and ethnicity", declaring that "the armed Syrian revolution has political ends which is the overthrow of the regime" and "the establishment of the State of Justice, law and freedoms" is evidence their fear of mere mention of Islam in the description of the state! As for the cooperation and the meeting with the regional agent-countries of the West or Western countries themselves which antagonize the revolution of Ash-Sham as being Islamic and are working to prevent the return of the Khilafah "Caliphate", they stated that "based on the awareness of these forces for the regional and international dimensions to the Syrian crisis, we welcome the meetings and cooperation with the regional and international parties in solidarity with the plight of the people to serve the interests of the Syrian revolution". Regarding the possession or use of weapons of mass destruction they assured the West by saying, "We affirm our commitment to neutralize civilians by keeping them out of the conflict, and we do not possess or use weapons of mass destruction."

Based on what is mentioned, it is possible to call this coalition of the five factions "The other face of the National Syrian Coalition" which is headed by Al-Jarba. Jarba's Coalition was quick to welcome, this Honour Charter, confirming its support, and called on all powers and factions to sign the Charter and adhere to its principles which will serve to achieve the objectives of the revolution.

What is striking in this Charter is its "Non-Islamic", since the word Islam is not even mentioned at all. What is mentioned is the term "Our True religion" in two sections but not Islam. The first clause states: "1. Checks and determinants of revolutionary work emanate from the rules of our True religion away from extremism and excessiveness". When they mention, "emanates from the rules of our True religion", we did not see any sign of this emanation in the other clauses. As for mentioning, "away from extremism and excessiveness", it means adherence to what is called "moderate Islam" which is endorsed by the West, as if to send a reassuring message to the West. As for clause number 9, the Charter mentions: "9. The Syrian revolution is committed to respecting human rights which our True religion encourages" which is another message of reassurance to the West, whose understanding of human rights is far from the Islamic one.

We saw how they do not respect the human rights of a Muslim whatsoever. We also saw this and still watch it happen in Syria itself. In conclusion if we did not know that this Charter was produced by the Islamic factions, we would not have been able to determine what is meant by "our True religion".

It is clear that what has been announced is part of a satanic plan prepared in the hallways of the Embassies of Regional and International countries. We must beware of it and guard ourselves from it by the Shari'. As soon as the announcement of this Charter was made, the welcoming positions came directly. The first was the welcoming by Al-Jarba' Coalition and its invitation to the other powers and factions to sign the Charter and adhere to its principles that will achieve the objectives of the revolution.

Supporting articles were composed and attacked the Khilafah "Caliphate" and its advocates. The announcement was accompanied by heavy advertisement and calls that "it is a revolutionary step which is comforting"; and it is "a reassuring message to the West" and "it is a unique shift in the way of thinking, as it brought down the big complex slogans from the sky to the easy practicalities on the ground". This marketing advertisement aims to give the impression that this Charter is widely welcomed by Muslims, and that it includes all factions, when in reality the opposite is true.

This announcement of the Charter is expected to create internal crises among the participating factions amongst themselves in rejection to the Charter, because the demand for the implementation of Islam has become strong among the Muslims by the grace of Allah alone. Neither the plots of the plotters nor the disappointments by those who let down the Muslims will change this reality, that is why we say to them the saying of Allah (swt) on the tongue of Musa (as) in the Qur'an:

[مَا جِئْتُمْ بِهِ السِّحْرُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ سَيُبْطِلُهُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُصْلِحُ عَمَلَ الْمُفْسِدِينَ]

"What you have brought is [only] magic. Indeed Allah will expose its worthlessness, Indeed Allah will not amend the work of the corrupters." [Yunus: 81]

It is noticed within the clauses of this Charter that there is an implicit devious invitation for fighting between the factions loyal to the Charter and those against it. This is because it mentions that the revolution relies on its military action on "the Syrian element" and believes that its political and military decision is "purely Syrian". The implication here is that the revolutionaries put an end to what is called, "Foreign fighters" phenomenon and therefore start conflicts to expel them. This is exactly what America is plotting, to end the revolution and save the regime of the criminal Bashar. America confuses these factions about their Deen and promises them "quality weapons" for this concession, then the American guaranteed quality weapons will be used in the disputes and fighting between the signatories of the Charter and those who reject it.

In this is the loss of the Dunya and Akhira. Allah (swt):

[وَلَنْ تَرْضَى عَنْكَ الْيَهُودُ وَلَا النَّصَارَى حَتَّى تَتَّبِعَ مِلَّتَهُمْ قُلْ إِنَّ هُدَى اللَّهِ هُوَ الْهُدَى وَلَئِنِ اتَّبَعْتَ أَهْوَاءَهُمْ بَعْدَ الَّذِي جَاءَكَ مِنَ الْعِلْمِ مَا لَكَ مِنَ اللَّهِ مِنْ وَلِيٍّ وَلَا نَصِيرٍ]

"And never will the Jews or the Christians approve of you until you follow their religion. Say, "Indeed, the guidance of Allah is the [only] guidance." If you were to follow their desires after what has come to you of knowledge, you would have against Allah no protector or helper." [Al-Baqara: 120]

O Muslims, the Steadfast on the Truth in the Blessed Land of Ash-Sham: From the action of enjoining the good and forbidding the evil, we advise the coalition of the five factions to realize that there is an American and Western conspiracy behind the Charter which intended to be passed through them. And they want them to be tools in the hands of America and the West to strike the great project of the Ummah which is embodied in the establishment of the Khilafah "Caliphate" Ar-Rashida whose steps progressed in Syria worrying the West. Therefore imposing the secular project of the Kaffir West, this is exactly what is taking place in all the revolutionary countries. Are you aware of this or are you studying a different book? Know that what you are committing carries a grave sin to Allah (swt), we advise the members of those factions not to participate in satanic schemes like this and to withdraw from this coalition.

We also advise all Muslims not to be drawn into any fighting, to do so, above being a major sin to Allah (swt), it weakens the Muslims and strengthens Bashar's criminal regime, which is exactly what America wants. The best way which is the Shari' (Islamic) way to topple this Charter is by exposing how dangerous are its objectives and its distance from Islam. And the extent of danger it carries for the Muslims in their revolution and their future with their Deen. This exposure will lead to the buildup of awareness among all the Muslims which will lead to the failure of the Charter and make its designers tremble. This is why it was necessary to start a wide public campaign regarding it and it is vital to spread the awareness of its dangers among all the armed factions and of the sin of being drawn into any internal fighting incited by the hired media. Allah (swt) says:

[وَقَدْ مَكَرُوا مَكْرَهُمْ وَعِنْدَ اللَّهِ مَكْرُهُمْ وَإِنْ كَانَ مَكْرُهُمْ لِتَزُولَ مِنْهُ الْجِبَالُ * فَلَا تَحْسَبَنَّ اللَّهَ مُخْلِفَ وَعْدِهِ رُسُلَهُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزِيزٌ ذُو انْتِقَامٍ]

"And they had planned their plan, but with Allah is [recorded] their plan, even if their plan had been [sufficient] to do away with the mountains * So never think that Allah will fail in His promise to His messengers. Indeed, Allah is Exalted in Might and Owner of Retribution." [Ibrahim: 46-47]
