They Isolated Delar Jomabayev from the People because the Government will Take the Country into an Energy Crisis Once Again

Delar Jomabayev was the only politician who led the real political struggle against the artificial energy crisis in the country in the last years of the reign of Askar Akayev and later Bakiyev. As the Bakiyev team and the Atambayev team, both came to power with promises to bring Kyrgyzstan out of the energy crisis and the settlement of Centerra, a Canadian company for gold exploration, and to halt the gold production through this Canadian company.

They also reached the authority through their condemnation and interjection following the arrest of Muslims in the Naokat events, expressing, "Is it reasonable to imprison a person because he said, "There is no god but Allah"?)!  They also made themselves the protectors of Muslims in the country, but none of them could meet the demands of the people as Delar could, rather they persisted in his isolation and they increased their tyranny.

Delar was arrested more than once, they tried to kill him by poisoning him, and they left his family without electricity for many years. In spite of all the prosecutions and harassment by the authorities, they could not dissuade him from demanding justice for the people, so they gave him a million Som (currency of Kyrgyzstan) as a bribe but this did not affect him in anyway, forcing the authorities to respond to his requests.

Since the beginning of this year, signs of the anticipated energy crisis began to show in the republic. On the morning of 13 September, Delar's house was raided by masked and heavily armed Special Forces, as if they were arresting a highly dangerous criminal! They brutally assaulted him and took him to jail; we have written in detail about this in an earlier press release.

It seems that the arrest of Delar Jomabayev has to do with the state policy. This is because the Kyrgyz government and its immature policy have put the country, before the onset of winter, in a crisis and a very difficult situation in the negotiations with Russia regarding electric power and gas. In addition, the authority has signed agreements to export electrical energy to several countries, such as China and Afghanistan. This authority provides energy to foreign governments and their peoples, while trying to calm the people in the country using force!

It is obviously clear that Delar, as a member of Hizb ut Tahrir, will not follow these events and this injustice and will not remain silent hence he was arrested and isolated from the people.

Dear brothers and sisters, we turn to you with this call, we address it to every Muslim in the country, to exert pressure on the Government of Kyrgyzstan.

The Kaffir world unites against Islam, and none of the international bodies move. They will not be interested in what is happening to the Muslims today of injustice, oppression and persecution. They do not move beyond the protection of homosexuals in our country; as defending the oppressed Muslims is feared even by the lawyers. Therefore, we turn towards you with this appeal from a standpoint that the believers are one body, each according to their capabilities to put pressure on the embassies of Kyrgyzstan, human rights organizations and international donor organizations. This is because the Kyrgyz government, in order not to be held accountable by the donor countries or organizations for the expenditures they spent, it organizes various activities against Islam and Muslims. The Messenger of Allah (saw) said:

«مَثَلُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ فِي تَوَادِّهِمْ وَتَرَاحُمِهِمْ وَتَعَاطُفِهِمْ مَثَلُ الْجَسَدِ؛ إِذَا اشْتَكَى مِنْهُ عُضْوٌ تَدَاعَى لَهُ سَائِرُ الْجَسَدِ بِالسَّهَرِ وَالْحُمَّى»

"You see the believers as regards their being merciful and kind among themselves, resembling one body, so that, if any part of the body is ill then the whole body shares the sleeplessness (insomnia) and fever with it" (Narrated by Muslim). Under Delar's arrest, and other young men and women without any charge and without any guilt, which takes place under the pressure of major powers such as Russia and China, Europe shows its solidarity and support for such projects.

They want to isolate Hizb ut Tahrir from the Ummah in Kyrgyzstan in order to deprive the Ummah the strife and struggle against oppression and injustice, similar to what the rulers of Uzbekistan do.

To the official bodies, Hizb ut Tahrir is like a thorn in the throat; it stands in the face of the Kyrgyz authorities and their masters to prevent the looting of the people and the looting of the country's capabilities and resources. And owing to it now, the Kyrgyz authorities and the major powers cannot afford to steal and loot easily, that is why no one cares and they turn a blind eye to the persecution and torture of Muslims in Kyrgyzstan by the authority.

Dear Kyrgyz people!

You should always remember how the official Kyrgyz authority ignored your affairs in all the difficult situations and crises that have passed you instead they focused on their own interests at your expense. And remember also that they refused to give you a short deadline in order to pay the electricity bills, whilst today they came complaining of the current reality and ask us to stand with them and understand their position correctly! This situation caused by their negligence, and as a result of the economic negligence, as well as the prosperity which seized all power, and the corruption and abandonment of rights, all this led to give them the opportunity to raise prices at the same time that you lived through cold winters without gas and electricity and you did not complain then.

While the protectors of the homes, the likes of Delar Jomabayev, they are thrown in prisons or exiled! Thus, this official government creates the opportunities and conditions for the implementation of a series of crimes and misdemeanors... Accordingly; the duty of every Muslim is to stand with Delar Jomabayev who consistently defends the rights of the simple people.

[وَإِنِ اسْتَنْصَرُوكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ فَعَلَيْكُمُ النَّصْرُ]
